We renovate their 1980’s style units, updating them with more modern interiors. This helps them sell units more quickly and fill vacancies.

The customer added a wine rack to reflect the surrounding wine country, and to improve the overall appearance of the lobby.

After tearing off the old siding, we waterproofed the walls with Tyvek, put new siding on them, and painted them.
